    Lookin good, great job!

That plug is a power source for RV upfitting. Someone posted a ton of good schematics on the SMB forum recently that ID'd each wire.

The product website says 50mil nominal. So, on the thinner side of the available stick on mats. However, it is so much less expensive than Dynamat that you could double layer it for cheaper than one layer of Dynamat and come out thicker.

So far, about 170 out of 200 sqft. I have the remainder of a roll for the front doors and around the dog house.

Does anybody know if the Chateau package came stock with insulation because I don't seem to have a noise problem, even with a 7.3.

Not sure about an insulation package, but if you have carpet, and a bunch of seats, and are running stock exhaust, then I am sure it will be quieter. Most of my noise is coming from the HPOP rattling right on the other side of the doghouse. Other than that, it is not too bad.

Probably. Or you have an exhaust leak. Or the doghouse could be misaligned and not sealed properly. That was the case with mine when I first test drove it. I was like "Wow! These diesels are loud!" Was about to walk away when I noticed that the doghouse was not installed correctly.
