    hi all.
    you could email bolt on bits in bradford, i'm sure they will ship the hamburgers, ask for ian.
    the company i work for manufacture the light bar, its curved both ways to follow roof line, we decided to clamp on rather than drilling. the plates are all 5mm thick, approx. 3/16". tube is 1 1/4"
