    Default Auxillary Backup Light-and more....

I saw this in a Cabelas catalog the other day:

    Light Buster Utility Light
Here's a bright idea to get more light behind your vehicle. The Light Buster is a dual-purpose backup and utility light that plugs directly into any 7-way round wiring receptacle. In back-up mode the 50-watt halogen bulb comes on when you shift into reverse. A utility-mode switch lets you turn it on manually for extra light as needed.

Looks like a pretty neat idea, as long as your plug was aimed in the right direction and you took it off upon return to civilization. Nice for backing or setting up camp...$30 at Cabelas, $25 at Harbor Freight

And if you are looking for that unique accessory....

No use for machine gun tips.

However, I don't see much use for that plug-in unit either. I can't see it being of any use on an Expedition-Rig. Just drill and put in quality ones.

Seems more like a weekend-warrior grade light for Grandpa Joe hitching to his trailer early Saturday morning to take the boat out on the lake.

I see that unit being lost on a big bump at 70mph because the owner forgot to take it off.

You can read all the stories and watch all the videos you want, but there's no substitute for just getting out there and doing it.
