    find a clean Willys, and take the time to put a bt4 nv4500 and a atlas with d44s and you would be set.

    I'm trying to get away from full frame up rebuilds Its not that I don't enjoy it, but I am looking for something NOT a full frame up rebuild next time.

    The JK8 kit is available, so im sure that a body shop could order just the side panels from that kit. There is a thread covering the conversion of a JKU to a JK8 on here right now. It looks pretty involved but doable to someone with time and some skills.

    I posted the part numbers for all the single parts a little bit back. The bolt-on version of the body panels where just cut up J8 body panels. If I was going to go with a bolt in version of the kit I would probably just do a door insert. The B-pillar on the 4-door makes a top a little harder.

    I will look into it,,,, the only reason i have not gone topless and door less with my jku is because i hate the looks without the doors,
    but i will be happy either with those side panels or even half doors in the back , topless and door less in the front.
