M416 Intervehicular cable question

As you may have seen in my other post, I just purchased a M416 trailer. I am now trying to locate and order a intervehicular cable.
Right now I have a 4 way flat plug on my vehicle. I just ordered a 4 way flat to 7 blade adapter because I was under the impression that the M416 cable has 7 way blade??? (I know I read it somewhere but now I can't find that info anywhere) Is that correct? Does the M416 intervehicular cable have a 7 blade plug??? If not, what are my options to getting my vehicle compatible?

My M416 had a military specific plug and is not blades but pins and way more than 7. The trailer wiring goes to a junciton on the tongue and then the second cable goes from there to the back of the vehicle. I replaced the trailer harness with a NOS but bought a 7 blade cable with 8' lead and wired it into the trailer box. It now uses the stock wiring harness but the plug is a standard 7 blade.
