Advice needed on m416 trailer

I probably already know the answer to my question but will ask anyway. I was looking at building an offroad trailer for camping when I came across a deal I probably should not pass up. Friend of mine is willing to sell me his m416 trailer. It already has an extended tongue, spring over, lid, and a nearly new ARB RTT with the annex, annex extension and floor, it also had the ARB canopy with the zip up mosquito sides. And the hubs have been swapped out to fit my Landcruiser. He wants $3500 for it. RTT and every thing else is probably 2400 with shipping. Am I crazy not to buy this?

Seriously it sounds like a good deal if trailer is in good shape. Was that $3500 for trailer and tent? If it is, snap it up quick.
