    That is interesting. Although not the same unit. I believe it is an "Aqua cube" as found in Australia but licensed to Mr>heater for sale in the US.

    The only reservations I have about the unit is its complexity. Digital readouts and digital controls = limited service life in my experience. But I would love to be proven wrong.

    I will be taking it on a month and a half long trip off road so it will certainly be put to the test.

    a quick question for you about the colemen, when water flow stops, does the flame extinguish , and reignite when water resume? thanks,

    I am not sure about the coleman, but I would imagine it has some sort of "on" switch which ignites a pilot light much like your homes water heater...flame ignites as hot water is needed and off when not. I could be wrong though but the aqua cube does in fact have an on/off switch.

    I will be home in about 6 days and will let you guys know for certain on the Mr. Heater unit.

    Anyone know if the pump will fit into the opening of jerry can or one of those reliance water containers?

    Same question...from the video it looks like it absolutely would fit but would be nice to confirm.
