Mounted the 40w solar panel and wired it to a 6a regulator. It a bit of set and forgetand will get up to about 2.5 a and hour charge on a sunny day to the 100 AH battery.

Great setup with the Solar Panels. How are you storing the panel so it is does not get damadged
while moving the Expo trailer?

Just wanted to say, Awesome build! You have thought of everything and done a really nice build.

How about a few action shots with that cool Jeep?

The solar panel is permanently mounted onto the storage box now. It will see some daylight when driving as well as I did not want to run additional wires from the jeep to charge that battery as well.

Thanks for the kind words. I would love a few action shots as well or the whole setup, but usually too busy driving. maybe one day! or stop for a few poser shots!

Are you concerned about rocks off the tyres damaging the panel?

No not really as it sits horizontally and these things are pretty tough and take hailstones etc face on and stones would come at an angle.
