Stock rivets will have to be removed and holes drilled out to 7/16". They're all fairly easy to get to. Other than that, they bolt on.

Great upgrade for the ride and keeping the wheels on the ground for traction.

This is a easy and good upgrade to do.

Ride quality is better and like the fabjunkie and bat said before it gains in drop. Which I personally would like. Make that limited slip work a little better under full flex.
The little lift gained would be fine as well.

Ive already bent my stock spring mounts, So I'm in need of doing something to get rid of them or fix them. This is a solid option.

I found center punching the rivets and drilling them out was a better option than grinding. Be prepared to have some choice words, head banging and a time out before you really start swinging the sledge hammer

I have been looking for a product like this, I know ATO used to do it but I guess not anymore. My main reason is that I hang up on my stock shackles.

Bat: Why did you remove your shackle mounts? Did you use someone elses shackle flip?
    Thanks, Cam-shaft.

So the topic of different springs lengths has come up on TTORA. I can easily change it to have multiple mounting options for different spring lengths. So if anyone is hesitant on this factor, please still speak up.

This is easily corrected bye mounting the shackle flip to meet the desired 30deg+/- depending on what springs you are running.
Still I don't understand the spring length issue. If you are running after market springs in the stock mounting points then this is not going to change that unless you mount it wrong.

Exactly. I don't know, some people have to make an issue out of nothing and then deadhorse.gif

Hey now, I had to ask before I jump off a cliff. If this is going to work with the springs I prefer (OME Dakars) then what other parts will be needed for the conversion? Obviously the OEM shackle is trashed so what goes with this hanger?
