Bajarack experience

First of all let me say that Bajarack customer service is outstanding. Here is the proof:

I ordered a flat utility rack for my 2012 FJ Cruiser build. They called the day it arrived at their warehouse. Awesome. Next I asked if I could pick it up and install on a Saturday since I wouldn't be able to get down during the week. I didn't want to hassle with freight shipping. Not a problem, they said.

So, yesterday we went down and got it all done. A huge thanks to John and Liz (and her friend who helped lift it on the truck) who make Bajarack an excellent company to do business with.

Congrats on your new BajaRack! I was very pleased with my BajaRack project as well. Their customer service is exceptional. I'll post up some pics of my custom project while we are waiting for yours...

My Bajarack experience was not long after they started and it was great.
