Default 2012 Unlimited delayed AC blowing

Dose anyone else's AC delay before it to start blowing when you start your car? I'm just checking before i go to the dealer to get it looked at. On my old TJ and my 07 JK the AC started blowing cold right when the jeep was keyed on. In the 2012 it take between 30 and 45 seconds for the AC to start to blow. It's not the end of the world for me but I'm a little worried about putting my sun in the jeep in the Texas summer now with out having driven the jeep around the block first.

That's normal. All jeeps have computer controlled blend doors. The dealer may humor you but they may charge you to " check the problem".

Ps,.. I'm a jeep dealer. Just so you know I'm not talking out of my ***. Lol.

My 2011 does the same, it blows for a few seconds (like 10-15 seconds) and you can hear it is restricted, and then you hear and feel the baffles open.

My 12' does the same thing. Seems like if I turn the fan all the way up it speeds up the process.
