    Nice buy! I love the interior. Mine is all black, which gets pretty hot haha

    As plentiful as parts are for these are in the salvage yards there is no need for the extended warranty crap, plus you will likely never even have to worry about the drive train.

    plus that $3400 that i'll save not buying the warranty will be more than plenty for most major repairs

    Our 4.7 WJ has 278K on it (99), and has been owned by almost everyone in our family at one time or another. It is on transmission number 2, but the 4.7 is going strong.

    Nice find! I have a 2000 WJ 4.7 and I just rolled 200k on it! The only thing I wish I could change on mine are the seats. It was a great buy, but I could care less about a leather interior....I would much rather have the cloth seats.

    yea the leather cracks after awhile

    had to spend money on her already today, the window regulator took a dump so i had to drop $100 bucks on a new one, was alot easier to change the part than i expected it to be

    I once had a problem with driver's side window regulator. Turns out it wasn't regulator. It was cables that go from the door to the vehicle. From opening and closing so much, the cables started to break. An electrician soldered them for a few bucks. Happened twice. That may not be your case, but it's something to keep in mind in case it happens again.
