That seems like an very insignificant point to consider in the overall decision. Not trying to offend you, but sometimes we need step away from the comptuter or our list in a notebook to re-focus our attention on the things that actually matter.
I'm sure you'd be able to adjust your driving style to accomodate that 1" or less difference in tire size, if you otherwise believe the trooper to be the better choice.
