What should i be thinking of?

Hi All

Im picking up a sankey trailer to build a expedition trailer with. As this will be may first trailer build what should i be thinking of?.
Electrics both 12/240 volt, water carrying, storage, kitchen etc, anything else.

take notes and think of what you missed while camping.
the ususal storage, kitchen, water, comfort.
