    Default The tire fairy came!!!!!

    (cross posted from IFSJA)

Look what I found under my pillow!
So first came the score of a set of 15x10 Anson slot mags, with the right patina to match my J.

Then came the big FedEx man with a beautiful set of 33x12.5-15 High-Tec muds...

Put the two together with the new Truck Avenger and some timing adjustments, and suddeny life is looking very fun!

    So happy.......

You're truck just keeps getting cooler and cooler all the time. Those rims are perfect vintage for that rig. Man, I'm jealous! I want that truck!

Nice, I hadn't seen Goodyear MT/R's with the Dunlop Mud Rover tread on them before Edit: Wow cool, I didn't know you could retread muds! Thanks for posting, might be a good option for my next set of Samurai rubbers.

Did I mention the tires are only $80/ea?

stay tuned for pix ON the truck... the tire fairy forgot that mag wheels require different lug nits than steelies.

Those tires just added a whole new burly element to that truck. Good find on the tires and wheels.

I'll have to post some pics of a friend's camo'd J-truck. The J-trucks are so classic.

I too love that truck from the first time it appeared here. A couple uncles drove them when I was a kid and I had the Tonka versions.

There's one nearly identical (brown paint) for sale here in town that looks to be in exceptional condition. It's just sitting there for the taking.
