Default Maggolina - Airtop small (Roof Top Tent) Novato CA 30 miles N of SF

This is the newest of the line. It pops up on its own with the strut model, you do not have to crank it up, the lift system is based on articulated gas rams.

Easy to use. When you pull into camp you are set up in 2 minutes - just undo the 3 staps and bring out the ladder!

We bought it new last year and it is in great condition.
It comes with a ladder and attachments for a Thule roof rack (also works for other racks such as Yakima)
Fiberglass tops and bottoms are Marine grade, and the fabric sides are nice and thick and helps to keep the inside warm
    The size is 51"W x 83" L x 37"H

Located in Novato, CA, may be able to meet someone to transfer it if not to far.

    - 2 very small sideways "v" shaped cuts that have been patched properly with same colored fabric (see last picture).
    - Surface scratch on top of roof from a low hanging branch.
    - No stains and no pets smells or smoke
    - Very low usage

Adding if one wants it: A 1 inch foam mattress that is cut to fit for added comfort.
Note: we use 2 pillows, sheets and a down blanket and they all can stay inside when we close the top, so when you open it up it is ready to go!

    $2,600.00

From not closing the rooftop correctly on the 1st use. I pushed the material into the closing mechanism. They are actually 2 very small cuts that are sideways "v" shaped but not affecting the tent as it was patched.

Red face Lowered price for Airtop $2,400 and can deliver to SCAL in June (or points inbetween)

Lowering price to $2,400. A new one will cost you at least $500 more.

If you are in SCAL(or between there and SF) I will be driving down there and can deliver to any spots in between around the June 21st thru 24th. You will just need to set up a way to transfer to your vehicle. You will love the Airtop, they are fantastic!

I know this is sold now, but I am in the market for one and just asking questions right now... I think we want the Airtop model but am concerned about the amount of doors. Is it true the doors are just tucked under the mattress? They don't zip along the bottom to anything? Call me a girl, but I'm a bit concerned about the bugs.

There are 2 side doors that are huge and also the back is the same size, with a small window in front. I would not worry about bugs at all. Yes the doors have a large flap that can be tucked into the mattress (no bottom zipper). I do not think I have any bugs to date. I do not like them at all myself!

    Julie5,

The large flap at the bottom of the door tucks under the mattress and seals well. I have had the airtop for a year and a half using it frequently from April through November and never had bugs enter the tent. I like how solid the Maggiolina's are in windy conditions, very little flapping of the fabric and agree with kramme that the heavy canvas does help to keep it warm even in snowy conditions.
