Nice bike, I'm in Grand Prairie I ride a KLR650.

I just picked it up about two weeks ago from BMW Fort Worth, TX. And as of right now it has about 7200 miles on it

Well , use what you got, Im hoping to trade her in by the end of summer for something a little more dirt friendly. Thinking KLR . just hope I dont miss the power too much

I love those Ducati Monster conversions. IIRC, there used to be an Italian firm that provided a conversion kit for the Suzuki SV650...I'll look for a link and some pictures

Crossing the water in Tortilla Flats on the Apache Trail

Nice! I did the entire Apache trail with my VW Jetta a few years back. Some of that road is very narrow and will only allow one vehicle through at a time on the switchbacks and bridges. Must be great fun on a bike with all of those hills and twisties!
