Teva Churn
A few weeks ago I picked up a pair of Teva Churns at REI as an impulse buy of sorts. I was actually looking for something else and saw them on the shelf. I thought what is this? Lks like a running shoe but? I picked them up and holy cow these are weightless. I tried them on and bought them. They are technically multi use water shoes but serve well for knock about casuals. I've had them a little wet but haven't waded in them yet. Wet traction is good and they are very supportive for a stretchy shoe. I would have no reserations taking them on a several day wheeling trip as my only shoe if I didn't expect long hikes. Really don't think the hikes would be a problem unless carrying a heavy pack. I've done quite a bit of walking in them. Time will tell how they hold up. Worth a look!
