Nope, seems there is at least one on the market and more about to be released. I didnt see anything suitable for an offroad vehicle though, these seem more to be for the morning peak hour rush.

Steering wheel is on the wrong side....

personally if I am buying it for long term and paying tens of thousands, I want the steering wheel on the correct side!

    you got it right.

That front bumper extension for the PTO makes me /facepalm, but they always do when I see them.

It would all rely on who did the transformation to me. If it was done by Proffitt's or Gerog at Area Compounds then it might be value that type of money, but just done by an personal I would steer. YMMV. I think you know that a 4BT is evil deafening and they shake if not properly balanced? An excellent engine, but not for everyone by any indicates.

A diesel swap would be a treat for me personally but it'd be done with a Toyota engine for all around OEM-ness. I know that I won't be driving <70mph just to get the fuel economy as I have a huge lead foot. I'm ok with getting 14mpg on the fwy, but, getting almost 20mpg (or more) while I'm tooling around in the bush for a week with aired down tires is very inviting indeed.

    I'll just keep dreaming......
