    I won this in a raffle and have never used it. I already own one and it is still working great. I figured I might as well pass this along to someone that can use it. $40 plus shipping.

    I would not rule it out. Yes, I take Paypal. I suspect the shipping might be cost prohibitive though. PM me your info and I can run the numbers for you.
