What trailer is this?

That looks home made to me , Drop axle and angle iron frame.
Looks heavy, but by the time you change out the axle and redo the
hitch you may be better off starting from scratch.

Given its size and heavyduty appearance, my first thought its for carrying a generator, pump or some dedicated machine.
Its hitch appears to be an agricultural clevis style ??

Good luck to you. If it works OK, But I think it might be easier/more efficient starting your build with something else.

Axle looks too far forward to carry a generator or anything heavy. It does look homemade and the hitch is just like we use on our tractors.
