Mark Harley Expedition Leader Jun 27, 2012 #2 Aerosol can bed liner worked for me. Solid and water proof, Better than spray undercoat.
cowboy4x4 Explorer Jun 27, 2012 #3 I use Henry's 208R wet patch roof cement (brush on) on the frame and wood, its water proof and if you gouge it on the trail it is easy to touch up. Low cost compared to other products but just as effective. Last edited: Jun 28, 2012

A Aspen Trails Trailers Supporting Sponsor Jun 28, 2012 #4 I use Rhino Lining on my frame and fenders, seal the wood with wood treatment and the cover with plastic and seal edges with Dap 100% Silicone.
