Good questions... I'm going to post this up for everyone else...

-From the pictures it looks new but I was wondering how old it the system and if its been used.
*New, tested working
-Do you know if there is any warrenty on the lights and if so do you know if it is transferable?
*There is a 1 year warranty, with about 9 months left on it. Non transferrable but I could send it back if need be. Shipping costs would be high though.
-Are any one the led out?
*No
-Who is the maker of the led bar?
*Hanma. If you don't know about these, there are actually 2-3 companies in China making these and shipping them over, with most people using a HUGE markup, even on eBay. I've gotten a few of these lights for other guys while ordering lights for myself and they love em.
-Is the light bar from the company below?
*The light in the link you sent looks the same because it probably is, just marked up by the distributor (for a relay, switch and shipping costs from China)

-Does it come with any hardware?
*It comes with mounting tabs, bolts and an allen wrench. Just a pigtail with no relay or switch.

Sorry but I'm going to have to pass. The 30" bar is too narrow for the roof of my 4Runner .
