I'm not really in the know about trailer laws, but is it legal to put your brake lights/license plate towards the top rather than down low?

Pipe on the side is currently being used for storage of the tent pole for the shelter. There may be more coming for water storage. I have a 1000watt generator that is potentialy going on the tongue next to the cooler. I have used this as a base camp prior to the storage pipe and table install. I love my Water jug. I used it in Feb to store hot water. It kept the water real warm for 2 days in 40 degree days and 15 degree nights.

I am putting screen all over the inside of it to cover the gaps in the side walls so I can sleep in it. Not sure of all the mods to come after that. I am always looking for suggestions. It will be used to carry gear for four when we camp as a family and occasionally for me to use by myself for some wheeling weekends.

I need to work on the outrigger/stabilizer setup. Its pretty ghetto right now but I am going to an RV junkyard in a few weeks to hunt for some better options. Problem for that is the floor is 24-25 inches from the ground. I have it posted here because this is where all the greatest ideas are stored. I just need to step back and wait for them to be posted and then begin creating.

The tailights and license plate are on the lowest part of the frame at the rear corner.

I plan to move it up to a more secure bracket in the future. I am going to put LED's on there after I finish some other mods.
