I miss the UP. lived in Houghton for about 5 years. Great pictures.

Very nice trip report and sweet pics Bob. Your trip brought back a lot of memories from our own trip there a few years back. It also makes us anxious to get back up there again to see the sights we missed out on.

We are heading up to the U.P. on Sunday the 15th. Only have a week, but we will make the most of it.

I loved the Adventure mine tour. The one on one guide was perfect. I'm planning on a fall trip next year,when the bugs aren't so bad. My kids only have a week for fall break so we'll do a direct shot to copper harbor.
