In addition to the snorkel, what is the fiberglass template for ?

The template's sole purpose is to help you properly mount the snorkel in the correct position.

Of course you can recycle it creatively as a paper weight, necklace pendant, wall art, etc.

Wish I had that when I was installing my snorkel. I had to wing it on mine. Took me forever to drill the right holes for the best fitment.

Would any of you guys with the 3.5L mind posting a picture of how you connected your snorkel to the airbox?

94Monster, I haven't heard from you in a while nor have I seen the template! Were you able to help out? Like I said, I'd gladly pay shipping both ways. And you'll get it back the same week!

    Thanks!

If not, does anyone else have a template? The paper one like Safari snorkel supplies is fine too!

BTW, I contacted Safari Snorkel and they're not necessarily interested in supplying the template since I was upfront and mentioned I bought the snorkel second hand... even if its a genuine Safari Snorkel...

Yup. Of course not. They're only interested in $$$. They'll be happy to ship you one if you buy a new snorkel LOL.

That said, I'm glad ARB supports mitsu 4x4's but this kind of stupid crap just p's me off.
