I lived in Norco for 7 years. The breakdown of trucks hauling horses was 15% MDT duallies. 60% 1 ton duallies. 25% 3/4 ton. 0% Toyota.

This is a 21.5 hand Jousting Draft horse. She and her 19 hand brother are about 4000 lbs combined.

All you would do is piss these horses off with a half-ton truck, and that's not a smart move.
They ride in a custom 2-horse Sooner with a tack room (not "living quarters" ) behind an F450.

Aftermarket aside, your cranial-rectal syndrome is getting in the way. Plus, have you ever tried to sell a highly modified vehicle? Good luck with your "resale".

And a $200 ticket on SW airline will get you to the right truck.
But where we gonna find rubber pants our size?

There's a ton of decent trucks on used lots in Ohio right now. I'll keep my eyes open.

CodyY . I think that Lindsey would be working on quarter horses to Draft horses . What 2 horse trailers would you recommend for her ? mfg ? Where would you recommend on looking for used trailers online ? From what I've read Lindsey could have hauling service pick up the horse if she needs to do surgery . I see your point on two draft horse .

I am starting to think the OP is a stubborn 14yo girl who wants a pony. I'm done here.

Me, too. Try to answer a question with logical discussion and supporting evidence.

Answered with incoherent sentences and spelling.

I totaled a camping trailer and truck by trying to pull too much with too little. Fortunately I didn't hurt my family or anyone else in the process. The price of the "right" truck is suddenly pretty low when sliding sideways down the highway, trailer tumbling behind you.

Everyone talks about the engine and pulling up hills, but that's not it at all. It's everything else that you have to worry about- suspension, axles, chassis, etc.

Just because someone pulled a loaded car trailer with a little 4 cylinder Toyota once doesn't make it the smart thing to do.
