Smaller more compact alternative to the Campmate?

I am researching a smaller, more compact alternative to the Campmate I just got in the mail the other day. I really like the design but as I usually go alone or just cook for myself when I go out with others it seems a bit big for what I was thinking. It looked much smaller in the pictures, but now that I have it it seems too big...!

Now I'm thinking maybe a big fishing tackle box or something similar would be good to hold my utensils, spices, maybe even my small cookset and the like. I'm going to check out Cabellas, Sportsmans Guide and Camping World, etc. but I though I'd ask on here too. I have a small Action Packer to hold stuff and a pull-out shelf in the back of my Jeep to set the stove on while I cook so it would be mainly to hold the smaller items in one place, then set it beside the stove while I cook.

Any ideas??

Thanks for any and all thoughts and ideas.

Hmmmm. Halfway through your post, I thought Action Packer.... But you have one....

I have two of them. One is for my kitchen kit.

It has to be packed just right but I have everything I need in there except the stove.

I have:
4 plates (the old school blue porcelain on steel kind)
4 bowls (to match the plates)
4 Lexan coffee mugs
MSR nesting pots (similar to this: http://cascadedesigns.com/msr/cookware/simple-cooking/alpine-2-pot-set/product)
4 ea. forks, spoons, steak knives
A cheap 10" kitchen knife.
A cheap paring knife
P38 can opener
Church key
Collapsible corkscrew
Salt shaker and pepper mill (http://www.rei.com/product/784121/gsi-outdoors-pepper-grinder)
Cutting board
Medium size covered mixing bowl
Small bottle of liquid dish soap
Sponge
Roll of alum foil
Several zip-lok bags various sizes
Two rectangular plastic tubs for doing dishes in
A couple of dish towels
A can of non-stick spray oil
Several small trash bags

I'm sure there's more, but I can't remember right now.

The second Action Packer gets all of the dry goods I.E. Bread, crackers, coffee, spices, sugar, etc.
Ice chest gets the perishables.

I can't think of much more you would need.....

Oh I almost forgot, I also have a griddle pan that I take if I'm cooking for a group. I just toss it in the back with everything else. (This: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/50055085/)
