AEV Premium bumper - license plate mounting

I have a small dilemma with trying to figure out a way to mount the front license plate on my AEV bumper while also using a hawse fairlead with my sythentic line winch.

I'm Looking for creative solutions that others may have done.

What I'm finding is that hawse fair leads are tall enough that the don't allow the license place holes in the bumper to line up with the license plate.

If someone has pics and ideas, of other products that might work, POST!

Drill some holes and mount it up. Could even tap the holes if the material is thick enough.
