Thanks for all the info Craig, ya i left a message before i decided and evan called me to make sure i had all my questions answered. I did get t autuna with the annex .I really like that you have dry ,no bug extra room and i wanted it so my kid have somewhere to sleep. The best thing about it to me is the waterproof material , he told me as long as i take care of it ,it will last. Also he told me all the weather they tested it and still test them. Sounds like great american prooduct and a company that cares. Craig happy camping.

Default Horizon AT and Tepui tent mounted

Here's some pics from a recent trip to the Owyhee Wilderness. Tepui tent mounted on a Horizon AT, the trailer has the AT steel bars mounted on the lid, works great. I've also tried the tent on top of the truck it gets pretty high up there, you'll need the ladder extension for that set up, we prefer it on the trailer though as you can set up base camp and still have the truck free to explore with. Cheers!

Well I was on vacation this week and Evan sent me email to see if I wanted to wait a few extra days for tent. The had a new style of ladder that he said was alot smoother then the old telescopic ladder. So I said I would wait to get the newer ladder. I thought that was awesome that he would rather me wait for something better.. Great guy and awesome company so far to deal with. I will have to take pic when its here then when i get installed. Also if anyone else has pic on ladderrack or trailer post for me .Thanks again everyone.

After emailing them with some questions about a few things when I had mine delivered, tepui called me back later on that week to discuss it, and to tell me that they were going to send me a new ladder at no cost because of the issues they've been having with the model I got. My questions had nothing to even do with the ladder, but they made sure to take care of the issue and I've got nothing but good things to say about their company.

We have a Kukenam model. Good tent, great service. We will be moving it from the truck to a trailer we are picking up this week.

    Hey Folks,

I'm curious about this new ladder -- what makes it different?

    Cheers

HuskerJeep mentions an "old telescopic ladder", not the sliding type which is a different model altogether.

When I received my Tent, it came with a telescopic ladder.
This telescopic type had "grooves" around the tubes.

Without even asking, a week later, I received an extra Telescopic Ladder from Evan.
At that time I was not sure why He had sent it, but after my first Camping trip I realized why.
The grooves I mention earlier make the operation a bit hard.
Not to mention dirt gets in there and it messes up the sliding operation.
The newer ladder I received is awesome, slides up and down effortlessly.

I don't have pictures yet but I will post some later.
