Made a little more progress yesterday.
Starting to see the size of it next to the jeep, it will be a little taller once I get the 33s on it.
Today I am working on the fender skins and attaching the top, it needs a few more cross braces before welding it on.

Well today was a little bit of a late start, got cut off in the morning and had a minor fender bender so that delayed me getting to the shop. Luckily it was minor damage and not my fault ha...
So I got the fender skins cut, formed and tacked, took the trailer around the business park and it is nice to be able to see it in the mirrors.

I already have some 4" round led lights, I plan to put them in with some 2" white for backup I also will be mounting two amber strobes on the back for when I am going through dust (they will be linked to my jeeps strobes).Originally Posted by Mark Harley

I put in a few more hours over the last two weekends, I would have gotten more done this weekend but my neck and shoulders are acting up and pretty sore so I took it easy.
Doors welded just waiting for skins and latches. Also mounted the RTT to the new rails on the roof.
Cutting the tail light housings...
Ceiling was reinforces and then tacked with a million tacks to the roof.

Looking on ebay right now at water tanks, I am thinking of a 30 gallon tank with a sureflow pump.

I have a friend who just picked up one of those pumps...they are excellent. We have one in our Coachman Tent Trailer, 4 years works excellent so far. Self primes quick too, even if it is a little loud. 30 gal is lots, I think we only have 25 in our Tent Trailer.
Like the LED lights and brackets with the speed holes.
