    Default M100 Offroad Trailer Build

    Hello everyone,
Just thought id tell you alittle about me and my Trailer build. My name is Chris, I work at an offroad supply manufactureing company, I have a 92 Toyota 4Runner and I have noticed I have little room for hauling supplies and gear. I plan on building this trailer to match my 4 Runner which has been solid axle swaped, and has 37" KM2 tires. I plan to either buy or build a lid, Add a roof top tent, because if i did so on the 4runner itself it would roll over on a curb. The Trailer has to sit level so custom suspiension might need to come. I plan on swaping out the axle for a toyota pattern 3500 lbs axle with electric brakes, matching Beadlock wheels and tires. I want the trailer to carry onboard water with a pump and possibly a heated shower setup. I plan to carry fuel in jerry cans, spare parts, and other gear that will be needed. Custom fenders will be made and made to fit the 37" tires. (Obviously..) Im still debating independent air bag suspiension or just traditional springs and axle. I also plan to make a longer possibly adjustible toungue for the trailer, but i havent figured out how yet.
Please let me know what you think any feedback is welcome.

By the way, I'm trying to return MY M100 back to stock so if you're interested in selling your landing gear/lunette assembly, I'm very interested in a cash deal as well as the parking brake lever! -Mike

    Nice trailer!
I wish we could find rust free trailers like that here in the midwest!

Sounds like a great build, keep us posted.

THANKS GUYS! I couldn't find a clean m416 so I settled for the m100. It is very clean and I hate to tear it up but I do know what I want out of the trailer and stock will not do! I will keep you posted!
