    Default Area 51 Adventure!

    Land Rover Las Vegas was proud to sponsor the 2012 Extra Terrestrial Full Moon Midnight Marathon and 10k Race at Area 51 this past Sunday morning! After the race we we too our 1964 Land Rover Forward Control off the beaten path for some great photo opportunities .

    Specs on the 2B? I'm sure that the stock 4 cylinder didn't like towing that trailer!

    We actually installed a 4.0 V8 from a 1998 Range Rover and we also installed a powere brake booster and disc brakes. We will be posting a story on it soon.

    That is an awesome idea for a race! though at midnight, a 10k is about all I'd be good for.

    I love this forum. I find that people are on here are always doing cool stuff even when it's not vehicle related.

    It does look photo-rich. I was just talking with Matt about exploring in that area. I bet there are some interesting routes to be had, and the season to travel there is now.
