So, I know that KBB claims my truck is only worth $6,000, but I know what I paid for it a little over 2 years ago, and it was twice that. What do you guys think I could sell this truck for?

This is a nice set up for sure. I don't know what the 2.7 auto brings from those years. Its a rare bird. Not many that I have seen anyhow.
But the V6 DBCs seem to bring a premium for sure.

What is going with the truck in the sale? rack? tent? fridge?

The rack and tent will sell with the truck as the rack was built custom for it. Fridge is going to stay with me for the new vehicle.

Based on my experience with that vehicle I wouldn't ask anything less than $30,000. But perhaps emotion is influencing my price structure.

Alternatively, since the wife appears to be the one complaining, I think the solution is obvious...

Good luck with your sale - I think it's a great platform and it has, and continues to, serve me well. Whoever decides to jump on this will be extremely pleased with your well-prepared truck.

Tango, thanks for the kind words. I love your truck. I had every intention of following in your footsteps over the next few years. It sucks... The wife isn't fat either, she is tall enough that she cant stretch her legs out... Weight? I would tell her to loose it, height wise we are stuck...

I forgot the truck also has 35% tint? It is as dark as is street legal on the front windows. That was new about a month ago.

Some pics of the Vision X lights. They are cheesy to most, but so useful in the campsite at night. My wife loved the wireless remote when she had to get up to go to the bathroom. They make for perfect 'mood' lighting after dark.

Guys, still don't know when it is going to be up for sale. I really am looking for an experienced few guys to chime in and give me a rough idea what I should be asking.

I can't believe I forgot! The most labor intensive project yet! I was tired of the truck being quite so loud on the road (ok, the wife was complaining) so I purchased supplies from sound deadener showroom and went to work. I 'treated' the doors, and the rear wall of the truck.

Some pictures of the bed removal for rust treatment/prevention.

I was in a similar situation and took a different path... Just something to think about.

Got rid of the RTT/rack and switched to the Flip-Pac. Put the dogs and fridge in the back and enjoyed the new found space in my cab. You could also put your RTT on a shell and get the same relative result.
