I've been watching the for sale section for the last 3 years on this forum and have noticed that very few come up for sale, they almost always sell quickly and tend to hold their value well. I finally picked up a used one last May, the guy hadn't even posted a for sale ad for it, just a passing mention in a thread that he might have one for sale. Unknown to me when I bought it was that a friend of mind was also looking at it for a friend of his, he had seen it in the same thread I had.
