    Default 2013 Husabergs

    Gone is the 70º motor.

More or less rebadged KTM's, but have a few slight differences.

I would buy one, maybe two, take a 300 and that 501, and I would be pretty darn smug.

i really want to like the new husky 650, because its a 650, but over 400lbs,,, thats tough.

i like blue better than orange, always have, but i'm sad to see the biggest is 501. i sure hope and wish they make a bigger displacement bike to fill the hole where the FE650 used to be, that would be my market. i have talked to the guys that have been rallying blue for the last decade or so in AUS and they say the new bergs feel better then the ktm's and the 70* bergs.

Yeah, a lot of the Berg guys aren't too happy with small displacement.

My buddy has a 2012 KTM 500 XCW, it is small package with plenty of power, it fits my small 5'8" frame quite nicely. A 650 in that size bike would be purrrrfect.

I don't know if there are any big bore kits for the latest and greatest generation KTM SOHC motors yet or not.

Don't know what it is, but the Berg just looks better than the orange KTM's, I would buy one over a KTM, even if they are nearly identical.
