    Right on both counts. The Jeep ECCO Concept was first shown in 1993. And there is also a late-model car that looks strikingly similar today: the 2012 Euro-spec Fiat 500 Cabrio. Now. Tell me there is not more than a passing resemblance. Spooky. I really do hope it's just a coincidence...
