Translation....

These are new hot info on the station on new motorcycle 2013. Finally, is not one but three new medium-sized cylinder that Ducati will present in Milan: the Multistrada 820, Hypermotard 820 and a 820 roadster, equipped with the same engine. Strongly EICMA 2012!
This information is to be taken seriously. Ducati is about to launch a new range of motorcycles for 2013, based on a unique and all-new platform! Finally for the renewal for the Italian brand that lately a lot re used and modified engine bases air-cooled well known for its new models (not so uninteresting, far from it). But it was announced table raze for 2013 and true new Ducati, from floor to ceiling!
New engine 820 cm3, ride by wire, three maps, 115 HP!
Always of type L-twin engine, the new twin 820 Ducati 2013 will be slightly raised in the surroundings, with a cylinder before less horizontal than usual (to make room for articulation of the front wheel?). The cylinder capacity would reach so 820 cm3, for Cree engine water cooled and equipped with the latest electronics, including essential Accelerator type "ride by wire" (without cable) to facilitate the implementation of assistance and control consumption and pollution. This new Ducati engine 115 HP to develop and near 9 daN.m, either performance sharpened for a such displacement based on only 2 pistons. All will have three modes of injection mapping.
Ducati Multistrada 820, 820 Hypermotard, and a new roadster... for 2013
This 820 cm3 twin will be integrated in one cycle "base", the same declined on three motorcycles, Ducati Multistrada 820, 820 Hypermotard and roadster 820 ; no technical revolution expected, can be expected to find the famous frame steel truss, with new sides. The single sided swing arm is retained on the versions seen by our source, as the inverted fork. One of three new Ducati 820 2013would take the form of a trail, very, very close in the spirit of the new Ducati Multistrada 1200, either a mini Multistrada 820, ideal competitor of Triumph Tiger 800 and BMW F700 GS and BMW F 800 GS 2013.
Nevertheless, this trail 820 CC Ducati would remain very oriented road with wheels of 17 inch sticks and a saddle, apparently very fine but adjustable from 810 to 850 mm. Security will be at the rendezvous with a new Ducati Safety Pack (ABS traction more control, coupled with the system ride by wire). The dimensions of these new Ducati 820 2013 would be very compact, determining bikes fine, narrower than the Triumph Tiger 800 for example...
A new Ducati 820 roadster but not a Monster?
Second declension seen of these Ducati 820 2013 frankly looks like a Ducati Hypermotard, and it is to bet whether it's from the prototype motorcycle already unveiled on moto - station.com. A Hypermotard's 'average' cylinders (820 cm3) which will probably replace is the Hypermotard 796, either Hypermotard 1100 Evo, or both!
And the third declension takes the form of an unpublished roadster 820 for the Ducati brand. It deals not a Monster, the line seems too remote to justify this term, there really is this typical aesthetic with the tank is also rounded. This roadster Ducati 820 shows more aggressive in its lines, a little in the way of the Streetfighter. He is still formidable compactness.
Last information, the price of the Ducati Multistrada 820 could be €12,500. For once, the gap with the Triumph Tiger 800 or the F700/F800 GS BMW is quite. We should learn more quickly now! Stay connected...

That Aprilia is dead sexy. Mama mia.

Let's see, start in Courmayeur, zip over to Lake Como, pop up to Garda, cruise to the Amalfi Coast... Yep, I could find places to ride that bike.

Ooh yeah...sounds like a great little tour.

There is also the sportier version of that platform too, the Shiver.

Very interested in the 820 MS...more top end juice for the highway without a huge weight penalty and it's still safely shy of the 1l insurance threshold. Hopefully Duc isn't strapping excessive amounts of technology on it.

Bellisima. Almost makes up for the Diavel. Not so bellisimo.

My one ride on a friend's Hypermotard Duc was just this side of scary as hell, so a smaller version sounds great.

By the way, my first Ducati was a '94 900SS/CR and it cranked out a whopping 78 ponies as I recall. In '94 that seemed like a ton.
