This was our camp. Very basic, but comfortable.


Sub-Zilla works great for a two person camper.


35 degrees in the morning made someone not want to leave her nest.

Thank you for the welcome. Even when I think I am leaving almost everything behind, it seems like I still have too much. And it always seems to multiply by the time I get home and have to unload everything.

We were on Current River in Southeast Missouri between Doniphan and Van Buren. Great river.

24 degrees here this morning..... had to bust out the ice scraper lol.

I wish I was somewhere else, camping.

Camped out Friday and Saturday night in single digit temps for antelope hunting. No fires because of fire restrictions. Stored liquids in a cooler to keep them from freezing overnight. I got out a bottle of water for breakfast and had two swigs before it started to ice up. Never thought I'd yearn for camping in Missouri!
