I have a new Eezi-Awn 1200 roof top tent for sale. It is the model before the series 3. It has been sealed in plastic and cardboard. Everything is in perfect shape except it is missing the lower half of the extension ladder and mounting hardware. One could easily be fabricated out of wood or you could buy a whole new ladder(both pieces) for $260. They retail for about $2000 and I am asking $850 for it. It, and I are located in Louisville, KY. I am willing to meet someone halfway that lives within 100 miles or so.
