Is this a good starter unit?

I have been looking for a small trailer to move camping supplies around/camp in. I stumbled across this today.

Pro's:
Its a 4' x 5' (unsure of depth) polymer box with a fiberglass lid and Aluminum frame.
Spring over
Swivel 2" ball (originally designed to lean with a bike)
Front rack.

Some cons: To lightweight?
8" Wheels (although they are outboard).
unknown axle size.
Schedule 40 round post as tongue?

Plans will probably not include a RTT as it is just to small/light i think. Probably mount a battery/10lb propane on front rack. Water tank under, or inside with hand pump.

$1200 obo (sound very eager to sell, and its been on the market for 2+ weeks).

Discuss.

Depends on what your intended purpose is...if you're going to use it behind your jeep, def way too small/light. That being said, if intended for use behind a motorcycle, it will be fine...from what i see, that what it is designed for...

Trailer was tiny, maybe 3.5' x 3.5'. Definitely not suitable or offloading. The search continues.

that looks kind of like an upgraded version of a harbor freight trailer with a roof top cargo carrier attached to it.
For $1200 I would pass.
