thanks! sory for the delay, had a few powdercoating issues, heres updated pics of the rear installed

steps in the corners have reversed dimple dies for traction, center has a hole next to the plate so he can stash his spare still, later we will mod the truck so a fullsize 35-37 can fit there too. probably going to end up changing the front to fit an 18k winch, wont clear the extra coolers unless we bump it out a bit more or move the coolers

so... we went a bit bigger in the front, will fit and protect an 18000lbs front winch now, and comes just even with the frame to eliminate gettin stuck, heres the bumper before powder, will post more pics as it continues, also just did new tires and wheels, boots and is gettin new suspension soon... few deisions

oh to be clear, the extra space needed only added 3.25 inches over the stock bumper, not the 12 to 14 some do, we dont want a huge lip, but we kept the close edges and high clearance, as he proved this weekend, is necessary, dented up the old stocker waitin on his new one

heres the new front, other is for sale now lol...

bumper houses 4 hid lights, winch, has a roller fairlead for now, until he buys a synthetic line nd goes billet plate lead, bumper can hold and protect the winch, lights and the ballast or other accessries completely contained... next step will be the bars and front adjustments, had to get some mechanicals and boost boots upgraded which put it on hold waiting for parts

Im not sure yet, budget and timeframe will dictate that. I'd like to see him go common rail with a p-pump conv, but realistically, when we get to that hurdle, its gonna be dictated by his price and whats available. for now we are gettin everything else done and that would be the last bg jumpoff. he has to fit school and finances into this too, not an established guy yet so we are taking it in steps.
