I very much know how that was mounted as I did it myself.
4 Holes drilled strategically in the front of the curved rack bar with bolts placed through. The rear of the BullDog light has a groove so that their mounts slide (so the holes in the rack do not need to be exact). Lined the mounts up with the holes and tightened the mounting screws. Done!
It took less than an hour to mount up. Wiring was already there from the previous lights so I cut the old connectors, and connected new and heat shrinked them.
