I just wanted to let people know what a great company they are. I had to order a replacement log set for mine, because I got in a hurry to leave and didn't install the styrofoam packing. I called them up and whata know, the designer answered the phone. I let him know how happy I was with the product, told him a few story's. what a humble guy. He sends me over to a really nice lady, who I talk to for a bit. We finally get to ordering my log set, well she knocked off a few bucks, which I didn't expect. Well I received it right on time, but I didn't open it for about a week. When I did, they also through in a free cleaning kit. That's a big deal for a small company in these tough times.

The least I can do is to let people know what a great company they are.

I have one as well and last year they sponsored the UCORA Crawl 4 Christ with a group buy and give away items. They are great to deal with and I have never regretted the choice.

If anyone is looking for an ashless camp fire solution, I strongly recomend their product.

Likewise have had a great experience talking to the inventory (and owner, presumably).

So cool to call a company and the guy who came up with the damn thing just answers the phone and speaks with you for awhile.

I have had mine for over a year now and it's been all over the south west and it works well (makes the wife extra happy when its cold). Haven't needed to call them for service yet but it's nice to know they take care of their customers. :sombrero:

I have a CFIAC and I echo their excellent customer support. When my CFIAC arrived, I noticed a faint crack forming in the log. Contacted them the next day and a new log arrived two days later at no cost to me. Even told me to keep the old one :)

Another very happy customer here. One of the can clamps broke on mine. When I called they immediately offered to send a new unit. When I mentioned it looked repairable he said he'd be happy to send me repair parts and a free cover instead if wanted to tackle the job myself. Of course, I chose the free cover. Thanks, CFIAC:)

Just checked out their page. Very cool. A bit pricey right now but will keep it in mind should I need one of these.
Always good to hear about great customer service.

They were quick to ship and even had a cleaning kit sent to me from Canada since they were out at the US location. Treated me like a paying customer.
