    Expedition Overland is building up a 2013 Toyota Tacoma for their Alaska/Yukon adventure. Follow along to see how this vehicle takes shape for a 6 week, self-sustained journey!

    The tentative build schedule:
    Stage 1 -
    Rear diff breather mod- build our own- (piranha Breathers installed)
    Seat covers- Toyota Dealer ordered GT covers
    Floor mats?- Weather techs
    Tinted windows- Bos Window tinting Bozeman, MT
    Security boxes (Console Vault)
    Scan gauge- Scan gauge II
    Exterior paint protection? (3M Wrap From SCS unlimited in Bozeman MT.)
    Windshield protection (3M) clear plex... NONE
    Window shades EGR In channel.

    Stage 2 -
    Suspension- (Icon Vehicle Dynamics V2, Deaver custom leaf pack with 1 inch Fabtech lift block)

    Tires - 255/85/R16 (33x10.5) Installed General Tire Grabber AT2 Tires in 285/75/R16
    Re-gearing diff (4:56)- Nitro Gear and Axle


    Stage 3 -

    Bumper (front & rear)-ARB front bumper, Kaymar rear bar (outback proven)
    Rock sliders- Custom made by Dark Horse Customs LLC Bozeman MT.
    Skid plates- Currently Factory
    Snorkel- Safari Snorkel provided by Cruiser Outfitters.
    Winch- WARN 9.5 XP with Masterpull synthetic SUPER line XD.

    Stage 4 -
    Lights- Rigid 40 Combo E2 Bar, Flood lights for Side and Rear. Rock light kit. 10 Inch ambers on front bumper.
    Compressor- ARB Compressor
    Drawer system- Outback Import
    Fridge- ARB 50qrt
    Fridge slide- Outback Proven slide top.
    Topper & RTT/ or camper- ARE CX Topper with aluminum win doors.
    Roof rack- Baja Rack Tacoma racks, Front with Mesh floor, rear with Cross bars.
    Dual battery system- Piranha Dual batter monitor system. Includes Battery tray and Power steering Reservoir relocation bracket. (outback Proven)
    Battery monitor system- Same system as above.
    Aux fuel tank- Long Range Automotive Tacoma Tank. (for TRD Sport models- our rear axle was exchanged for a a Sport axle and ARB locker post expedition)
    Aux water tank- Water jerrys on Kaymar rear bar swing out.
    Shower system?- Piranha Shower (outback Proven)
    Solar power- Goal zero boulder panels and Goal zero car battery charger kit.
    Galley setup- used Outback proven drawers as organizers for galley.
    Rock crawler lights- Rigid rock lights.
    Stereo mods- NOPE!
    2 meter radio- Rugged Radios GMRS 45 watt Truck radio.
    GPS mapping- Mostly used Google earth and paper maps. Sorry not very interesting but became simpler and more efficient overall.
    Awning- ARB 4 Foot awning.

    Stage 5 -

    Full testing!!!

    Cant wait i just went through your first series 3x and loved it, so inspiring. So your building a 2013 taco for your Alaska/Yukon adventures but do yall plan on also taking the 100 series, 01 taco and bike or are yall retiring the 01 taco or??
