1991 Benz GD 250 for sale

whitehorse

Observer
Location: West Quebec, plated and with ownership in the Yukon Territory.

We "commute" during the year from Quebec and the Yukon, and we will be pulling a trailer now with our FS Bronco, instead of trailering the Wolf, so, the Wolf will sit here, or there, for 6 months of the year, and so we are going to offer it up for sale.

Price; 20,000.00 CDN OBO

Truck: Stock German military trim, 24 volts, no mods. OM 602 non-turbo, SWB soft top, 3 seat radio truck. Top is in good shape with new clear panels and reinforced leading edge of top. Imported from Germany in 2009, by Mross Imports. Paid 14,750 Eur, plus shipping

Mechanical: Odm. 85,000km, actual KM approx 120KM, as the Odm. stopped working 18 months ago. small "weeps" of oil in valve cover gasket, trans and transfer case. Tires are BFG mud terrain, in good shape. Rear brakes are close to the limit, but still have good serviceable life in them. Usual NVH as its a very basic Truck, rattles, flaps, etc :). Heater fan replaced on delivery, Alternator replaced 2010.

Rust: yes, three small holes in drives side, base of front fender, small hole on side, 2 inches above rocker panel, 4 inches behind door opening. 3rd, at the seam, rear quarter panel, about dime size. There is some surface rust, and this is relatively new, a symptom of being "down east" where they use road salt...no salt in the west :)

This is a working truck for us, used mainly on mine and forestry roads in BC / Yukon, as we work as backcountry guides in Canada's North. Its been very well maintained, but its dusty, muddy and not a mall truck, and is typically filled with gear:coffeedrink:

Pictures PM'd if interested

Many Thanks

Nick and Emily.
