Pretty simple design. Wanted to use jeep spare tire so matched lug pattern on hubs.

Really nice setup. The tailgate bars are a good feature. Do they fit in the action packer?

What do you use the quick fists for on the sides?

I made the tailgate bars from 1" aluminum bar stock and yes they fit in the action packer.
The quick fists on upper horizontal sides are for surf fishing rods, ones on rear vertical sides are for beach umbrella or canopy poles (trip to beach at Cape Hatteras every summer).
Last pic shows addition of Swag offroad action packer holder and 5 gal fuel can holders. With two bikes in the trailer I was having issues with slight wag at about 50 mph. Once I moved the weight of the gas cans and box forward that solved the wag.

Also curious about the length. Mine is built, but I haven't thrown my bike in the back yet. It's 5ft long with a 2 foot tailgate.

Length is 64". Fits KTM 300 XC with no problem
