People have been asking, and we've been listening. Expedition Portal has just added a new Vehicle Parts section to our classifieds. Prior to today, people have been posting vehicle parts in our Expedition Equipment section, which was great, but now there's something better—a dedicated place for you to post vehicle components. We're inviting everyone to start listing the parts sitting around their shop to help make this a great resource for the community, and hopefully you'll use the extra cash to get out and travel even more! No matter if you drive a Land Rover Defender, a Mercedes-Benz Unimog, or a Honda XR650, this is the place to buy, sell, and trade those more technical bits.
We're trying to keep this limited to specific vehicle parts, so if you're looking to sell your fridge, or roof top tent, that would go where it had gone before, in Expedition Equipment. This is the place to sell your stainless brake lines for a Land Rover Discovery, the extra throttle position sensor for a Jeep TJ, or even more obscure things like a diesel engine conversion.
I know that I'm always searching for ways to find cheap parts for my vehicle, hopefully this will help someone out as well.
