Belize, [1] formerly the colony of British Honduras, is the only country in Central America without a coastline on the Pacific Ocean (only the Caribbean Sea to its east), and the only one in the region with English as its official language. Entry Procedure: Documentation: Passport. Title and Registration. Driver's License Photocopies of everything.
Process: You must obtain a temporary import permit at the border. It is valid for 1 month. Visitors leaving Belize by road must pay a US$18.75/BZ$37.50 land departure tax , payable in either currency.
