Buyer is purchasing a used 1989 vehicle with no warranty stated or implied other than the vehicle is currently licenced, insured and driven in the Province of B.C. Canada. As of today, the speedometer reading is 36883 miles. ( given the age of the vehicle, the actual miles may be different)

I will maintain the sale in any event. To this point, (April 12, 2012 11:30am PST) any bidder that has already bidded will be notified of this error.
An approved Letter of Compliance from Mercedes Benz Canada will be provided as condition of sale to US buyers. Mercedes Benz Canada has confirmed the original VIN as VIN # 46023827035445. As is required in North America i.e Canada and United States, the Vin was reassigned to 17 digits.
